Don't Eat Here. The Food Is Mediocre! Service Is Worse!
Just ate at Casa Serrano over this weekend and was thoroughly disgusted by the food and the service. It took 1h 15m to get our food for a party of seven. The food finally came but not at the same time. It was in 5m increments. Our orders were not complete. At least two individuals did not receive their soup/salad which was included in the meal price.

After the poor service we attempted to speak with the manager, Jesus, who was less helpful than our server. He said we were just being difficult and walked away from our table. Our check was not provided; we needed to walk to the front to get it. At that point we were charged for 3 pitchers of Margaritas. We objected since we only had one. When we complained about the lack of service again and being overcharged, Jesus confronted us and threatened "with a bullet" because he felt we were being difficult. This is the worse dining experience I have ever had and will not go there again.

We had seen this type of behavior from the manager and employees on previous occasions but had never personally experienced it. Now that I have we will never return. Don't waste your time    [19 Aug 2002 15:59:39]

Great Place
The wife and I love this place. We have been to all of them. I feel bad for one of the viewers who had a very bad experience. Fortunately, this did not happen to us.

Another great place
Feel sorry for the person who bad mouthed the food and service and failed to sign his name. My wife and I have been dining at all of the El Palacio and Casa Serrano restaurants at least once a week since 1985 and NEVER ONCE have had bad food or service at any of them. Gilbert Serrano wouldn't permit it. Can't help but think that disgruntled customer invited the action.    [27 Aug 2003 15:59:01]

Good food and great service
We do not live near Ft. Mohave, but have relatives that do. Almost every time that we have gone to visit we have eaten there. We have always had a good experience there. The food was great and the service was just as great. We have come in large numbers and everything was right on time.    [20 May 2006 01:26:59]
