Service is Poor
Though the food at Casa Fernandez is fair, the service leaves much to be desired. Specifically, the waitress, Sandra, is one of the more surly offenders. When I ate at the restaurant over Memorial day weekend, Sandra did not come back to our table even once to check up on her customers. Her sullen face and dour disposition made it plain to everyone that she needed the weekend off. When I queried her about her attitude, her response was, "I didn't charge you for that item and I should have!" Amazing. Casa Fernandez employees need serious customer service training. I won't be going back in the near future. There are too many other restaurants to sample in Havasu City.    [30 May 2007 02:54:14]
