Dirty place, pie case never decorative, floors restrooms always dirty and smells, floors always wet somewhere, especially main walk ways. I also travel to Mohave Valley AZ and that JB's is so attractive and clean, the help is pleasant. Here in Havasu it's horrible. I bet if any of their corp. people walked in for fine dining unannounced they would go thru the roof..this place is rated as dirty dining..    [01 Apr 2004 10:38:45]

Terrible Place
We went there today and I have visited the JB's in Kingman and it is a nice place. This one was terrible. The pie case was not decorated...except with Halloween decorations...no food at all.

The waitresses were all young girls and terrible. I had to wait forever for my meal and it was not how I asked for it. She did come out (with her cigerettes in her hand) to inform me that my meal would be a little while as they were portioning it. What the heck is portioning it mean. And does that take 20 extra minutes.

It was the turkey dinner...and coverd in tons of gravy so that you could not tell the meat from the potato. The gravy tasted like canned and bad. The mashed potato had to be instant...it had that taste. I left 3/4 of my meal on my plate. My husband had the seafood platter and he said it was the worst meal he has had in a long time. Greasy and terrible. I had also ordered a trip to the salad and soup bar and there were bugs all over the chopped eggs. I think they were fruit flies but there were at least 10 of them landing on it. I had to ask the waitress for a ladle for the Ranch dressing. We would never go back there if it was the only place on earth.

The management does need to go in there and see for themselves how the business is being ruined.    [31 Oct 2005 04:40:42]
