Great Place
The search is over. I have found the perfect restaurant. This place is great, healthy and good ... what else do you need? The meats are fresh and it's all you can eat. I'm in heaven. I love makeing my own stir fry. I could eat there every day.    [07 Jan 2004 02:02:39]

Pretty good.
The food is up to you - You pick the ingredients, and they cook them. The vegetables are fresh, and the meat is good. My only problem with Arizona's Mongolian grill is that they cook the veggies and the meat at the same time. This way, the meat gets more steamed than fried. When I do stir fry, I always do my meat first, and my veggies later.    [14 Apr 2004 21:48:46]

Pretty Okay
The food items were fresh. The service was okay. The cleanliness of the food bowls offered is questionable. Our food bowls contained many chips. The chipped areas were dirty in the second food bowl offered to me. A server, when questioned about the chips, related that they're all like that. Someone needs to inform them that chips harbor germs.    [21 Jan 2007 02:06:30]

Yuck - We won't be back!!!!!
We were greeted promptly and shown to a table, where the waitress took our drink orders and rice preference. Upon our arrival at the food line, the noodle bin was almost empty, the broccoli was brown and the tomatoes spoiled. We were able to see past these items, until making our meat selection. The sliced beef was brown! We asked for fresh beef and were told that it had "bled out" and was fine to eat. He then brought out a fresh container of beef which looked equally as bad if not worse! Yuck! So our delightful evening continued to the grills - where we were greeted by the chef with his jeans hanging well below his butt and bright blue boxers exposed. While my food was cooking, a decision was to made to clean the grill WITH MY FOOD STILL ON IT!! 3/4 of the grill was cleaned around my "fresh" veggies and pork - but we kept trudging along. I sat down at the table and immediately noticed that our drinks or rice had not yet been delivered. OOPS! The waitress forgot where she seated us. Keep in mind there were only 4-5 other tables occupied. Upon realizing her mistake, she promptly brought our drinks, rice AND THE CHECK!! We had been seated and discussing if we should eat our fresh meal for only 2 minutes maximum. As long time Mesa residents and patrons of Arizona's Mongolian Grill we were quite appalled at the demeanor of the employees (ie: chef taking break in middle of restaurant). This compiled with the inattentiveness of our waitress confirmed that we will not be dining at this establishment again.    [21 Mar 2007 23:06:45]
