Fire the manager
I will never in my life set foot in that place. I was displeased with the manager yelling/cussing at his employees all evening. I was embarrassed for my wife and kids. NEVER again!    [24 Feb 2008 00:05:23]

Disappointed & Shocked
My husband and I went to Diamond Point Shadows on Sunday, June 21, 2008, for his Father's Day treat, dinner at 6:00 p.m. We live in Payson, AZ, and usually go to the Casino or Fargo's Steakhouse for dinner, but wanted to go somewhere different that evening. We ordered nice dinners, steak & grilled shrimp for me, and ribeye for him. Initially we were waited on right away for our orders, but then, that was it. When our dinners finally arrived, they were brought by someone other than our "waitress," who we never saw for a long time. My salad had honey mustard dressing instead of blue cheese, we got no refills on our water or iced tea, when the dinners arrived(brought by another person than our "waitress") there was no butter or sour cream for the baked potatoes, no steak sauce, no ketchup for my husband's French fries. The dinners were deposited so quickly that we had no time to ask for these items. We needed napkins. I saw some other people getting napkins from adjacent tables, but didn't want to do this. We could not snag our "waitress." I saw no manager on duty. We were not asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. We had to wait awhile for our bill, which our "waitress" finally brought. I would complain to the manager if I knew who or where he/she is.

So, I seriously advise not going to Diamond Point Shadows.    [23 Jun 2009 22:04:57]
