Restaurant Sold - Is it Better or Worse?
This restaurant (according to the Arizona Corporate Commission) was sold late in 2006. The successors might be better or worse than the prior owners. Only time will tell. Since the transition, signals are mixed. Staff attentiveness is 'down' and sensitivity to such issues as 'medium' are not being ignored. Ask for a 'medium' steak and get it crispyed to charcoal. What Has Happened To Brother's Restaurant?
Our family have been loyal customer's of Brother's Restaurant for over 10 years.
The restaurant was convenient place to eat for both breakfast and dinner.

In the past two months, several of our favorite breakfast waitresses are no longer employeed by Brother's. These ladies were always friendly and gave us the best service. Where are these ladies?

Some of the waitstaff in the evening has a lack of interest in the customers as they would prefer to stand around and talk, or, simply ignore their customers. We shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes to get a refill on our coffee.

Overall, the enviroment is not one of comfort, but one of tension.

The menu keeps changing. One week there are affordable breakfast specials and the next week they are gone.
The soups are usually very tasty and have improved with the new varities.

Our family are no longer the loyal customers we once were. This is sad, but changes are not always for the best.
