Great food, reasonable cost The restaurant/bar is open, i.e. you watch the food being cooked and prepared. Mostly local people as customers. Steaks are outstanding, and the soup is gourmet quality. [26 Nov 2003 16:55:13]

The Best Steaks in the West I have been a regular customer of The CB & G sincei I came to Prescott 12 years ago. I was impressed by the rugged atmosphere and just plain old home town friendliness. The steaks, potatoes and all the other side dishes are the best around. The new places in town come and go, but the Cattlemans is consistantly good and always a good experience. You will find the clientel from the blue color workers to the doctors and lawyers in town. It's worth the trip to experience The Cattlemans Bar & Grill. It's rare that we buy steaks at the market any more. It's just easier and better at the C B & G. [24 Jan 2004 08:53:37]

The Best Steaks in Town The Cattleman's bar and grill offer the best steaks in town. The people are friendly, but the bar is a little dirty and smoky at times. The prices are reasonable until you start adding sides. All dinners are served ala carte which means you'll be paying extra for the salad and baked potato which are usually included in a restaurant famous for steaks. [13 Mar 2004 11:16:00]

Top Notch Not much to look at from the outside, but don't let that turn you away. You'll feel like you're home inside. Friendly home town feel and hospitality. GREAT food you'll be coming back for [18 Dec 2006 14:54:47]
