What a find! This is so worth visiting. Peter Vamos is a concert pianist and composer and has owned restaurants in Budapest, Hungary (his native country), New York City and Scottsdale. Serves authentic Hungarian and variety of continental entree's. Cozy private courtyard. Live piano bar Fri and Sat till 1:30 am. Sunday live flamenco 6 pm-8 pm. Peter plays on request. Talent abounds in this hidden corner of old Scottsdale. [26 Dec 2005 21:38:30]

It's OK! Being from that part of the world I can tell when the food is good or not. At Peter's is just OK. However, it's quite overpriced in my opinion. If you crave for a Hungarian dish though, or if you're dying of curiosity, then it's worth paying a visit to Peter's. [03 May 2006 11:24:07]

From a Hungarian Person My wife and I just had the very best "Eastern European" culinary experience. This is the real thing. My wife loves the cozy atmosphere & service, very hard to find here in southwest. Peter is a master pianist and people come from all over world just to hear him(really, I know this). Concert! Go for the concert!! You will not find another concert pianist of this caliber in such a cozy setting. It's worth the price of the meal & concert when Peter is there to play (call ahead on weekends to inquire...) [22 Sep 2006 17:50:44]
