Chef Ivan Flowers takes over Fournos!
And have things changed! What was once a kitschy Greek restaurant is now a foodie destination. Ate here a week a go and was blown away. Started with the fresh hand-pulled mozzarrella... You will never look at cheese the same way again! I had the sicilian sausage with peppers & my friend ate the pork osso bucco. Both were simply delicious!
