Not worth the money they charge
I have been a patron of this establishment for many years, back to when they were operators of the Ovens Of Patagoina. Each time, there was always something not really good, but always gave it another try. One time, the breakfast at Grasslands, "special", was extremely expensive and the sausage was terrible. I told the owner, and he took it away and made no offer to replace it, or remove the cost. On top of it, they charged my card $5.00 more than what I signed for. I ignored it that time, but Saturday the 29th of November 03, was there again, and ordered the corn chowder and crossiant to go, with a $3.00 cookie, (1), and when we stopped to eat, the corn "chowder" did not have any milk in it, it was like pureed baby food of corn and potatoes. The flavor was terrible! Because we had taken it out as it was less expensive that way. I didnt take it back. We had two chowders, two crossiant, one cookie and two bear claws, I signed for $29.34 (yes, that is the true amt) and I checked my bank account today and it is charging me over 34.00! This is the second time! I tried calling last time, but never got an answer, I will try again tomorrow. Their food is not good, with few exceptions.
