The Way To Catch A Customer Is with Freshness
I purchased a Fish & More. I didn't have time to check out the quality of food until I returned to work. I must admit it is a shame how some restaurants do not care how the food is prepared. The fish was over cooked and had some little black speckles on it. I assumed that came from burnt or old grease. And the cole slaw looked like it was turning brown. Not the freshest quality. Give your customers the best no matter what! I am single mom and don't eat out very often because of this same thing (the preparers are not taught well.) I don't have money to spend on a senseless meal like this. Over a year ago my rating would have been different. But I have tried going back to this LJS several times to see if I can get quality food. For the last year it has been terrible. I will probably decide not to eat at this particular restaurant anymore.    [10 Dec 2002 10:30:58]
