Very Good We ordered the vegetable medley and the shiitake mushroom dish. Both dishes were very good. The vegetable medley is a lot more interesting than it sounds with peanuts and a flavorful sauce. The portions were big enough for two people to share, especially with an appetizer.
The person who took our order was very helpful, pointing out the vegetarian dishes and warning us that the chrysanthemum tea was an acquired taste. He even offered to bring us a different kind of tea if we didn't like it.
The decor isn't the fanciest, and the photos on the wall are difficult to see from a distance but the chairs are comfortable and the ambiance generally pleasant. [15 Nov 2005 23:03:37]

Pricey, MSG and bland flavors Dinner : "Asian" food for westerners without taste buds! Prices were exorbitant for what you get. The food tasted pre-packaged, and was laden with MSG and starchy sauces. Not the usual family style menu. Unwilling to offer a dish a la carte. Tea served by the cup (coffee cup!) vs teapot with small cups for everyone! Bill was $90 for 4 dishes and soup for 4 adults and 2 children. Big disappointment for Tucson. Do not recommend if you've ever tasted AUTHENTIC Chinese cuisine! [31 Dec 2007 21:59:23]

Fantastic Flavors - A Must try Perhaps the best Asian food I've eaten anywhere in this country. This is not your average fill-you-up-cheap Chinese joint. This is a gourmet Asian treat! Yes compared to the usual goo-laden Chinese places in Tucson, it's pricey ($12 - $20) but it's worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and spend some money on real flavor. [23 Jun 2008 20:30:16]
