Bad. Very Bad.
I am not Chinese, but as someone who grew up eating Chinese takeout regularly, and as someone whose grandmother was born in Indonesia, let's just say I know good rice from bad rice.

Perhaps if you're someone who knows very little about what quality Chinese food is like, then you might be too dazzled by the Chinese lanterns and Christmas lights strung about everywhere to notice how bad the food actually is.

The buffet food is very old, not fresh at all, and I'd venture to guess not authentic either.

As I walked in the waitress asked me as I was still walking to my seat, if I wanted something to drink. Gee, I don't know; can I sit down, get a menu, and take my time?

My father came, and my father is known for eating anything, even when no one else at the table likes it. This time my father actually spit out food. My father is 260 pounds; it takes a lot for a man like that to actually spit out food.

The water glasses had grime just under the rim that you sip out of. I felt uncomfortable as I ate.

I really hate it when some Chinese pass off anything as Chinese food to unsuspecting non-Chinese customers. Serve us the quality your family would expect from you, instead of serving us old, watered down approximations of what you yourself would consider edible.

The worst part? It was $40 for 4 people, and none of us found anything to rave about. Not one dish from the buffet was rated higher than "decent."
