If you've been to one Chuy's, you pretty much know what to expect: crazy decor, very live acoustics, cold beer and good mesquite-grilled meats and some Baja-style Mexican food. Complimentary all-you-can-eat chips, with several salsas. Their basic salsa is mild, watery and uses canned tomatoes, but if you want a kick, try the Cabo salsa. It's marked 'medium,' but take that with a grain of salt and a couple extra chips. Major black pepper taste.    [07 Aug 2009 09:48:38]
