Bad Help and Food
We have ate there many times. The evening shift forgets silverware, no straws with sodas or spoons, soup last, instead of first,evening crew appears to act like on drugs. Breakfast: toast burned as well as hash browns. Someone had even mixed clam chowder soup with cream of brocolli, served it curdled. On mini cheeseburgers, no meat and just a corner of cheese. On evening meal, baked potatoes after 4PM and always out. Out of this and out of that. Very poor service. Won't go there anymore. Thought they would hire better help for noon and evening. We have never been to a restaurant that was so bad. Morning help is good, with exception of burned toast and hash browns. Sorry, they have lost so many customers, it's pathetic, as the help is so bad. I have seen people stand 15/20 minutes, finally walk away not not seated. This is terrible for a Denny's Restaurant that is open 24 hours a day. We will travel to Phoenix to eat at a Denny's before we will Wickenburg. It must be so bad, they offer weekly with coupon in paper, one free entree with one paid entree and two drinks. Denny's should not have to drum up business like that, but what can one expect with such poor service and out of items at times?    [12 Nov 2003 10:28:08]
