Bar/restaurant with a large outdoor patio. Steak/chophouse style menu. Interesting decor of a Jetson's style futuristic/retro look. Restaurant has enclosed booths, a private party space near the back of the restaurant, and a dance lounge in the bar area. Unisex bathrooms and a cover charge by 8:30pm on the weekends.

Good food/Extemely poor service
The food was good. The rest of it was terrible. We had to wait a half hour past our reservation time to get our table, while standing in very cold doorway. Then, we had to stand out in the rain to get the valet to fetch our car, even though there is a large tent for the line going into the place. I guess you're only valued on your way in! First and last time we eat here. You're only paying for the look of the place. Try Flemming's or Nick + Stef's Steakhouse. [19 Feb 2006 20:05:01]

Do not waste your time!!
This place was just as all the other people said....WACK! The service was HORRIBLE...we had reservations at 9:00, but they did not seat us until 9:45!!! Then, we had to find a waiter to help us after sitting there for 15 minutes with no help at all. The waiters all look like they are out of an adult movie! The crowd was older & very "trendy". The food is good the club is horrible
I have had the dinner at Ch8 and can say it is the best steak I have ever had. The service was excellent and even the general manager visited the table to ensure satisfaction with the service and food. The staff was extremely friendly.
On a separate occasion I went to the lounge and found the cover to be way too much at $15.00 to wait in the hour-long line to get in, and $30.00 to take the VIP, which does nothing more than bypass the club holding the line to get more money out of people. The security greeting my wife and me at the front of the line was very pleasant and my wife found to be complete eye candy. Additionally, the waitresses were nothing short of 10s. However, when I arrived inside it was full of ... men grabbing at all of the females...which were few in comparison to the population of men. Additionally, drinks were overpriced at $10.00 for a basic drink. [23 Aug 2007 12:35:38]
