Point-Point If you blink while driving down Lincoln you might miss this place. Small and ultra-casual, most of the people who frequent this place are Filipino ex-pats looking for a cheap fix of home-cooked food.
There is no menu at this place - you just stand at the counter and point to what you want - it helps to know a bit about Filipino food. Sampaguita offers favorites like adobo, lechon kawali, dinuguan (goat's blood) served with rice. Merienda (snack) offerings like pancit palabok and leche flan are also available.
If you know your Filipino eats - you should give Sampaguita Fil-Am a try - if you're a novice, test your wings elsewhere first before coming here! [07 Jun 2002 22:30:58]
