A very pleased Mother of the Bride! Katrina's wedding cake creation for my daughter was out of this world~like none other! I was in the Bridal business for 22 years and have never had a cake that looked and tasted equally as good! Thank you Thank you! [05 Feb 2002 17:20:11]

The best cake/cookies in the East Bay Lived in SF for 8 years before coming out to Alamo - spoiled by the choice of French Patisseries over there. Now in Alamo, our recommendation for cakes and gourmet cookies is 100% for Katrina Rozelle's. [24 Oct 2002 16:58:56]

Our Wedding Cake This is the best cake we have ever had in our lives!
We had a great cake tasting with so many different varieties. The only complaint is they were out of Tiramisu cake. But that didn't stop us nor slow us down!
For our wedding cake we chose Chocolate Obsession and Vanilla Almond, 3 tiered cake with raspberry filling and raspberries all over the top of the cake. It was beautiful and tasted even better!
It was 10/28/00 and I can still taste it! Thank You! Thank You! Thank you! [19 Aug 2003 21:29:31]

Our Wedding Cake We had a three tier tiramisu cake covered with marzipan and it was absolutely marvelous! I can't tell you how many compliments we received. It was simple and classic. [17 Sep 2003 13:07:36]

Simply the best! I had a cake for my husband's 50th, we had a chewy coconut flavor and it was most beautifully decorated. I have lived internationally in many many countries, and I have to say Katrina's cakes tops my list. I ordered this cake from Asia, and Katrina is the most down to earth person, she even helped me recommend someone for decorations! Now that is service! [02 Jul 2004 17:58:07]

Best ever cakes and cookies Have lived in Alamo many years, traveled a lot and Katrina Rozelle has the highest quality cakes and cookies anywhere; the very best. We get cakes for birthdays and special occasions. Love the chocolate ones and also the apricot chiffon. Ordered one special large cake for a business occasion that looked like a wrapped present, including ribbon and bow. That one was quite expensive but simply beautiful and delicious. Although, due to top ingredients and skill, the cakes are more expensive, they are worth it. Spoils you for others. The cookies are great, too. Two favorites are lemon bars or peanut butter. Most are $1.50 each, but worth it.
Tastes like you baked at home from scratch...if you could only do it that well. And the decorating is superb.
They are also known for doing wedding cakes. Often see people in there with appointments tasting and looking through pictures. Lucky brides. Consistently Highest ratings; well earned. [18 May 2007 17:38:00]
