The food here is authentic, homemade Mexican food. Definitely not low-calorie, but who cares? The food is delicious and inexpensive. The atmosphere is nothing special, though, and they could use a bit more cleanliness as far as keeping the eating tables clean.    [18 Dec 2003 12:37:59]

Great Food
They have some of the best food I have eatn, I guess Plata's having 3 locations in a small town like Barstow should speak for itself. If you're ever driving through Barstow headed for Vegas and like Mexican food, stop and enjoy their selection.    [16 Apr 2005 20:14:00]
