Fantastic and Unique Absolute best Chinese food around. Not what you would expect- you won't find greasy, starchy fare here- even the fried items are fresh and clean on the palate. The only complaint I have is the noise... but this makes it a great place to take kids. Oh... and the plates tend to stick to the tables.... some problem with the finish on the wood tables :) Try the Green Beans, the Sesame and Machurian Beef...... everything is FABULOUS and the service is great. We love them!!! They ran out the door to give us a bottle of wine for Christmas... nothing like a real feeling of being part of community. [27 Dec 2001 23:36:32]

It's Simply Addictive. WARNING: don't eat at Shen Hua unless you are willing to become totally addicted to their unique and creative version of northern Chinese cuisine!! Once you've sampled their hot soups, their crispy wontons, their green beans and their meat dishes, you will be hooked. Loud enough inside for toddlers to be drowned out (a BIG plus if you have a family!) and delicious enough that you absolutely won't mind the noise. Great service...quick and responsive. And they remember you the next time you dine there, a miracle! The most delicious, wonderful, flavorful, succulent Chinese food anywhere. [05 Jan 2004 21:26:42]
