gaetanos a waste of money and time
Dinner at Gaetanos in Calabasas was an experience to remember, but not in a good way.The service was poor. They were out of the first three things I ordered, and the fourth choice, veal marsala , consisted of three tiny pieces of meat, together barely a mouthful. My complaint to the waiter brought merely a shrug, without any attempt to remedy the problem. I had impression that this once wonderful restaurant was pinching pennies in a desperate attempt to hold on.    [26 Jul 2005 18:59:41]
