Rude Manager, Bad Customer Service
They would not honor my Valupak coupon. I was supposed to be able to buy one dinner and two drinks and get a second dinner of equal of lesser value free.

The bald-headed manager would not honor our coupons and gave us a hard time about it. The expiration date is 01/02/2009. Today is 12/20/2008. The coupon is still good for two more weeks.

On top of all that...

We had a party of six and the waiter forgot to put in one of the orders. The manager apologized and offered a complimentary glass of wine or dessert, which I declined, and he still had the nerve not to honor our coupon and argue with us about it.

Needless to say, we will never return to Spumoni Italian Cafe & Pizzeria.

The manager is the rudest person ever and the food wasn't even that good.
