Rudest Service Ever!
My husband and I were in the mood for a sushi snack at 1pm Sunday afternoon as we were driving through Calistoga for the day. We ran across this restaurant and decided to give it a try. The restaurant was mostly empty, with only 2 other customers. We were seated and given menus. We decided to share one Dragon Roll. If we felt the need for more, we would order more later. When the waitress took our order, she said that we would have to order that Dragon Roll to go. We cannot be seated at the table or sushi bar unless we order a meal. She even confirmed this with the sushi chef. She suggested that we take it to our hotel to eat. It was 105 degrees outside and we didn't even have a hotel. But, for her to not allow us to eat in the restaurant due to a small order was amazingly rude. In all of our years of dining, we have never encountered anything like this.    [30 Jun 2009 18:56:04]
