Hold your nose
My wife and I had lunch at Bobby's for the first time yesterday. Food was excellent, and the portions are generous. One problem: We almost walked out due to unpleasant smell in dining room. Great, Homestyle Food of Quality
As far as the previous reviewer's remark about "hold your nose," I think they smoke in that outside room, because that's what it smells like, cigarettes. BUT, that outside room is completely separate from the restaurant dining room, so the restaurant itself is fine.

We love Bobby's and have eaten here frequently since it opened. It is excellent homestyle food, and much better than any Denny's, etc. The salmon special is excellent and my husband loves their steak and French onion soup. When all the other restaurants are overcrowded, since Bobby's seems to be known only by "locals," you can always find a seat there without a wait.
