Healthy, fresh and yummy!
I was a firm believer in Wahoo's until I tried El Caribe in LaCosta, CA. Not only are the ingredients fresh and dishes made to order, they strive to make the menu full of healthy choices. They offer wheat tortillas, light cheese, and do not fry anything or use lard in their preparation.

The service and staff were to be commended in a laid back, homey setting. The atmosphere is authentic no frills Spanish.

Don't forget to visit the "cilantro check" mirror before leaving!

One of My Favorites
