Quite the Dining Experience.
Pacific's Edge is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in the entire Monterey/Carmel/Pebble Beach area. Even though I live here and see views of the beach and ocean quite often, there is nothing as spectacular as the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows in this restaurant. I suggest going early for drinks in the hotel lobby area before dinner (the same great views there too). In addition to these breathtaking views, the food and service are both very stellar. Excellent Dining with a View
We had our 20th anniversary dinner at Pacific's Edge. It was one of the most memorable meals I have ever had. We were seated at a corner table with spectacular views of the coastline. The service was excellent and the food was also outstanding. We had the tasting menu and everything was just right. Don't pass this one up! Pricey but well worth it!    [28 Jan 2004 16:40:06]

Just Ok
