You screwed up the biscuits & gravy!
Some time back the biscuits changed. The gravy is good but it doesn't make up for the lousy biscuits. The "biscuits" are more like dinner rolls or a piece of a hamburger bun or a hot dog bun. When trying to cut one it goes all the way flat before yielding. It is not flakey or flavorful. It is doughy and chewey. I once looked forward to flo's biscuits and gravy. Now i am looking for a place that still has good biscuits. I recently mentioned this to my waitress. She said that if they got enough comments they might change them. I realize they are "canned" biscuits, but some are better than others. Also some good biscuits can be made using bisquick.    [11 Apr 2003 18:04:02]
