A Perfect Prime Rib
I love steaks. I must say in Chula Vista, the best steak is at the Butcher Shop. Price is around $20.00 for a big thick steak served with a traditional baked potato and the decore is 1961 Rat Pack Maffioso. It was a lot of fun and you can't beat the food.    [05 Jul 2003 18:52:57]

Want a great steak at a great price? Go to the Butcher Shop in Chula Vista. The atmosphere is AWSOME! Real early 60's Frank Sinatra. The waitresses are all beautiful and and smokin' hot. Lots of different and original steak dishes. One of my favorites is the "Steak-a-Bob." Giant tender chunks of Filet Mignon with peppers, onions and tomatoes on skewers with all the trimmings. I love the Porterhouse too--excellent flavor and tenderness. Once you try the Butcher Shop, you'll be a dedicated customer for life. Great place to take and impress friends.
