Dirty Store, Bad Service, Non-English Speaking
This store is always dirty when ever I go there. Service is slow but the worst part is they often get my orders wrong. I have a strong suspicion it is because most of the help can not speak English or does not understand it well enough to get the order right.

I have called in complaints to 877-799-star and have asked the name and number of the district manager. I was told for security reasons they would not give that information out but would be happy to take all my information and forward it to him. Which leads me to ask why they are so afraid of their customers that the management hides behind a wall when a customer calls. [Originally submitted 28 Aug 2006]    [02 Nov 2006 11:31:48]
