Still Hungry
We ordered the Special posted on the window...Lite Combow Special. $3.99. Now mind you,we were a first time customer. We had no idea what to expect other than expecting to receive chinese food. We did order and receive two orders of what we thought were two orders of the Lite Combo Speical consisting of Fried Rice and Orange Chicken. Once we got outside to the court yard, we notice we were charged more than the advertised price of $3.99. I went inside to notifiy them of their error. The lady began to explain what we received was not the Lite Combo Special. Being first time customers..we did not know the difference or we would have said something from the start. She got up-set with me...not wanting to give me some monies..she threw away my food and my daughter-in-laws food as well. Began to give me a refund and yet still wanted to charged me for my drinks. I insisted on a full refund since she threw the food away. Finally after a 10 min argument I got my money back. And she still insisted on taking the drinks back even though we had already drank out of the bottles.    [08 Sep 2004 20:19:48]
