What a Waste of Time and Money!
Arrived at 6:30 PM, on a Thursday night. Gave our name, and were told it would be about a 20 minute wait to be seated. Two hours later we were seated, and 45 minutes after that, we were served. No apologies from our listless server, and it took us another half an hour to get the manager to speak to us. No apology from her either! She said she would "look into the computer to see what had happened." Who knows what that meant! We will not return, and are intending to find out who the real "head honcho" is there. What Is That Lady Talking About?
I went to Red Lobster on last Thursday night, March 18, 2004. We got there put down our name and they said it would be 15 minutes, so we went to Pier One for ten minutes and then came back and we were seated. We ordered our drinks and food; right away we got our drinks. After our waitress bought our salad and our bread and then we ate all of our bread and she brought us more, she was awesome. The Best!
I went to Red Lobster RL409 and it was a fantastic experience for me and my family. We were seated right away and served. I myself had ordered a New York strip and lobster; the cook grilled it perfectly. I was very impressed to find out that the cook was only 18. Great job, Red Lobster.    [11 Oct 2007 15:10:44]

Great Service

Bar or Bartender Needs to Attend Bartending School
I was looking forward to ordering a Golden Cadillac. Either the bar is not stocked with a variety of liquors, or the bartender didn't have a clue what that was, or both. After receiving what was a very strange Margarita and complaining about that, I got something else, and just gave up. Their Caesar salads tend to be limp.
