Worst Service Ever
Well, went tonight for dinner. There were four at our table to start with, and then add two. We chose to go for their $0.99 Margarita special that ends at 8 p.m. When we arrived, we were seated immediately, but we did not receive any service for at least 15 minutes. The only person who approached us was the busboy who brought the table water and chips and salsa. Normally when we have gone to this restaurant, we have received great service. When our extra two showed up, we switched tables to accommodate the two extra people I asked to speak with the manager and was directed to the front of the restaurant, instead of the manger coming to the table. I told him what had happened. Shortly thereafter, our server was at the table taking drink orders. Mind you, we have now been at the table for over 20 minutes, and this is our first interaction with someone. The manager then came back and asked me to come to the front. He then informed me that the host and busboy denied that we had been there for 15 minutes and that I was basically lying when I spoke with him the first time. Then on top of that, he told me I should be understanding because they were busy, and baited me to come back on a Sunday because the service was better then. Well, of course the service would be better on a dead night, no drink specials then. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this restaurant. It just isn't worth it.    [17 Apr 2008 00:34:34]
