Best Indian Indian Restuarant
Indian food has always been good, but North India is a step ahead. The food is great, and yet, unlike other Indian restauarants, North India has a great atmosphere and friendly service that tops an already great sundae with a nice cherry. Good food
I visited about a month ago with a friend, and unfortunately lost my notes on what we tried, so I can only make general comments now.

I don't eat much Indian food and asked a lot of questions. The waitress was mostly helpful in explaining the dishes, and always pleasant.

We tried a combination appetizer plate, which is a good way to go if you're not well-versed in Indian dishes. I think my favorite was samosa, which is a fried pastry filled with potato and peas. The combo plate came with several sauces.

I no longer remember our entrees, but I do remember that we were both pleased.

I also ordered a sweet lassi, which is a mildly flavored yogurt drink. Mango lassi is the most popular but I prefer plain yogurt. That was delicious!

They have quite a selection of naan (flat bread) which you could even turn into appetizers. There's also quite a few mutton dishes on the menu.

Even if you have no knowledge of Indian food, you should have no problems here, and enjoy your meal.
