Tasty Asian Fusion, and Cheap
At Bamboo Bistro tasty sauces are combined with fresh ingredients and perfect cooking times to create very tasty dishes, rice based and noodle based. Portions are smaller than average for the area. There is enough for a satisfying lunch, but you won't be considering a dogie bag -- which is nice for a change, especially as the savings are passed on to the customer with Bamboo's low prices. Service here is hit and miss, depending on who you get for a waiter. But, the chef is always spot on with great sauces and superb wok technique.    [01 Feb 2006 19:48:31]
