A garlic themed restaurant featuring steaks, chicken, fish, pizza, and even Chinese and Mexican dishes. Garlic Jo's started next to a US military base outside of Tokyo, and provides a Japanese interpretation of food Americans would like. Beyond all of the garlic, the dishes are unified by a taste that is Japanese -- for example the bread is soft and the steaks are served still cooking on a skillet.
