Management doesn't seem to care about customer service. I had a complaint about the crabcakes and was told that is just the way it goes. I will never eat at Scotts again and I have emailed over 100 people to tell them how your restaurant doesn't care about the customer.    [21 Dec 2003 01:36:42]
