Excellent Chinese Dishes for a Decent Price After moving to the area, I was disappointed with the quality of some of the Chinese food I tried until someone recommended I try Jade Tree. It's the only Chinese restaurant in the area that has great food that is prepared well and in minimal time. The restaurant is small and somewhat hidden, but the environment is quite nice. Great for take out too and not too expensive. [20 Jan 2001 14:00:26]

My Favorite Chinese Been going to Jade Tree regularly for 4 years. Absolutely the best Chinese food in the area. I take all out-of-town guests there when they come and I have heard nothing but raving reviews. Even my grandparents (80 years old!) said it was the best Chinese they had ever had. Garlic Sauce is their specialty, get a dish with it! [04 Aug 2003 22:09:20]

Good Food, Good Service IF you are looking for a balance between authentic and Americanized Chinese food, this place is great. The service is awesome and the price is good. [07 Aug 2003 00:17:57]

The Best Chinese Food by Far I was getting discouraged about eating out in Cupertino. I needed to find a nice lunch place with decent prices and good food; Jade Tree is just that -- great food, nice prices, excellent service, a nice atmosphere and they are quick to get you in and out within the lunch hour.
They use fresh veggies and they don't skimp on the food. Also, they have great soup and salad with their lunch specials. You can have an excellent lunch for less than $8 (includes tax and tip). [22 Apr 2004 14:05:29]

Awesome! The hot and sour soup is absolutely the best ever. Aside from that lots of great garlic flavored dishes, and with combo vegetable-meat dishes. They do not skimp you on the meat unlike a lot of places. The staff is friendly and the food is ready really fast. [05 Jan 2006 17:59:57]

Great! We have been going to Jade Tree since before 1989 and we love it! I take all of my friends there when they come to visit. Love you Sophie you're the best! Great service at a awsome price! [22 Mar 2006 21:30:39]

My Favorite Chinese Restaurant in Silicon Valley I've been eating at Jade Tree for a long time. I've never had a bad experience or dish here ever. My favorites are the hot and sour soup (the best I've ever tasted) the egg rolls (also the best) anything kung pao, and the crispy sesame chicken. My friend loves the honey walnut prawns, but I prefer the spicy dishes. The staff is so nice and friendly. The dining room isn't the biggest or fanciest, but I find it rather quaint and not loud, which is nice if you want to have good conversation with your date/friends. [29 Jun 2006 20:13:33]

Great Place Have been going here for over 10 years. Consistently good, especially their hot and sour soup and broccoli in garlic sauce. [24 Nov 2007 20:27:57]
