Skip This Restaurant
I just ate there and the food was fair. Not bad, but not good. I have traveled all over the US & Europe and have had Thai in many locations. This is on the bottom of the list. It was pricey too. They have two locations and I ate at the one in Del Mar. I doubt the Hillcrest one is any better.    [30 Jan 2004 22:55:25]

Taste of Bitterness and Apathy
Hi,
My love for Thai food took my to this restaurant..but the overall service was really bad..the waitress that took the order was too ill-behaved..didn't even ask the spice-level..my table didnt have forks..I had to ask three times before someone could actually come up with a fork.

Not once did anyone come up to ask if everything was ok..(yes, we had to wait for some waiter to pass by and wave so that they notice and bring the fork..can u believe that!!!) And when someone did notice and we requested for a fork, they didn't find their way back until the third time..is a fork too much to ask when u are eating Thai noodles?

Tried to finish off quickly and leave the place(U dont really enjoy the food when there is so much hostility around)..And then again there was the long wait for the bill..I'm not exaggerating here..but it really fissed me off..

The quality of food has gone down(there are far better Thai restaurants in San Diego)..but if u do land up there, do not expect good service.
