Bring this to San Diego
This is my favorite restaurant. I used to live in Fresno and I went to Dai Bai Dang once a week. The orange chicken is unbelievable. I just moved down to San Diego and there is only one reason that I would ever go back to Fresno and that is to eat at Dai Bai Dang. I would do anything to get that down in San Diego!    [30 Sep 2003 11:29:13]

My favorite restaurant
I love this place. Just about everything I've ever ordered is delicious. The service is very good. The wait can be rather long on a Friday or Saturday night, especially for larger groups.    [21 Jan 2004 16:00:50]

Superb food in River Park
Dai Bai Dang is wonderful! We like to eat out on the patio before or after a movie at the Edward's. We have never been disappointed and the food is alays prepared just right.

My favorite is the salmon, always cooked to perfection. The servers are professional and the atmosphere is upscale and busy! A great place!    [30 Jan 2004 18:09:52]

A Wonderful Restaurant.
I moved to Stockton last summer from Fresno. Dai Bai Dang is still my favorite place to eat. Their Thai spicy shrimp and Prawn salad are to die for. I come to Fresno every once in a while and we always have to go eat at Dai Bai Dang. Please Bring it up north! It would be a hit!    [01 Mar 2004 02:01:15]

Good but Expensive
The food that I had the one time I went there was pretty good. But the amount of food you get for the price is not equal. Definitely not a good value for a family dinner, but nice for a date.    [08 Apr 2004 23:12:36]

Step into this place and one is immediately impressed with the sense of skipping 20 years into Fresno's future. Dai Bai Dang serves superior, fresh Chinese food in a cutting-edge atmosphere full of activity. The food and the dining population bustles with excitement. The menu here is varied and quite enticing. Orders can range from mild, vegetarian to spicy pressed beef that will burn lips for days at a time. Drinks, including the house iced tea, are unique, tasty, cold and served in generous portions. Don't miss any beef special unless you are thoroughly vegetarian through and through, as Dai does superior beef! Service can be pressed at peak dining times, so shoot for a Saturday afternoon lunch in one of the big booths.    [28 Aug 2004 17:27:44]

Dai Bai Dang Beats PF Changs Hands Down!!
Dai Bai Dang is still Fresno's finest Asian / Chinese food. Recently went to PF Changs at River Park and found the food to be a dissapointment - small servings, very expensive and not even close to Dai Bai Dang's. I can say I've tried it...and won't go back to PF Chang's.    [03 Jan 2006 22:18:01]

WOW is this place great or what!?!?!?
Oh my gosh this is like the best restaurant in the entire world. My family and I go there almost once or twice a week (not including their awesome takeout service) and we still dont get tired of it!

Well if you've been to Dai Bai Dang then you know what I am talking about but if you haven't been then it is definitely a must!

If you are Celiac, or (wheat/gluten intolerant) don't eat here.
Dai Bai Dang is good. But One thing P.F. Chang's has that Dai Bai Dang does not is the Gluten Free menu they provide (and brown rice).

A lot of people are Celiac's (suffering from Celiac's Disease. A disease that cause a malabsorbtion of nutrients) and can't eat what is on Dai Bai Dangs menu, but that is easily fixable. Dai Bai Dang could offer items without breading, as well as offering soy sauce made without wheat. Not so hard to do.

So why not help make my meal less stressful when eating out with friends or co-workers? It was very embarassing, having to keep asking questions. I thought I was eating a gluten free meal, but later discovered that I had eaten wheat.    [09 Oct 2006 05:02:45]
