Very good restaurant This place is expensive for the wine country, but the food is superb, from the breads to the salads to the desserts. [17 Nov 2003 18:40:30]

Good and bad New in town, and looking for a new favorite restaurant. This is not it. Why? Window seat, too warm...fighting off flies. No one seemed to care.
Food was uneven, but with some bright spots for sure.
But the big disaster was the price-gouging wine list. Many wines priced at 4 to 8 times wholesale. When will consumers rebel against this?
We won't be back. [19 Jul 2005 23:05:39]

Fabulous Glen Ellen Inn The food and service were supurb. The winelist is extremely fair in price-two of the wines were the same price as a local winery tasting room. Ambiance was romantic. Prices are great for the quality! [06 Nov 2005 22:21:43]

The Best Meal I've Had! My wife and I just had the best meal ever at the Glen Ellen Inn -- the filet with blue cheese was awesome, and so was my wife's duck. The service and ambiance were also spot on . . . great place! [10 Oct 2007 16:15:47]
