Definitely NOT Going to Revist
I love sushi as much as the next person, but I love GOOD sushi, not just any ol' sushi. While I know that this place is a buffet, I was still expecting at least average quality for the price that they charge (about 27 dollars for dinner per person). The sushi was DISGUSTING. It was completely tasteless. The freshness was not an issue, but it was all cold, bland, very chewy sushi. The nori (seaweed wrapping) was SO hard to chew that it made the already bad sushi even worse. Go to Kabuki in Burbank, and you'll have a MUCH better experience, I assure you. It might not be a buffet, but at least it's not inedible. Some of the salads were ok, and the chicken teriyaki was good. They also had crab legs, although I didn't try any. I liked the dessert bar, but there wasn't TOO much variety. However, some of the desserts were tasty. All in all, an okay experience, but not one I would like to revisit.    [24 Feb 2008 16:52:05]
