We LOVE Cabo's!
Cabo's has a wonderful menu and the food is delicious! The people who work there have been there for a long time, which shows that the ownership is good to the employees. It also promotes consistency in food. I highly recommend Cabo's! It is one of our family favorites!    [11 Nov 2003 20:15:09]

Great food! Better Margaritas!
Cabos is terrific. All the food is great, the margaritas are even better. Before he built Cabos, Ez owned very successful Mexican restaurants in Sacramento (Los Amigos) and Rancho Cordova (Las Palmas - we still miss you!)

They have the best Carne Asada - hands down - that I have ever had. Tender, thicker than usual, and even a bit pink. The flavor is to die for!
