poor service
Yesterday and today we called to place reservations for two and both time we were told that you don't reserve for two but not to worry. Tonight we were in Spoons's at 6:50 and waited for approximately 15 minutes and were told that there was nothing available. I am sure that at 3:00 today when we called there was some awatreness that you were nearing capacity. The hostess was very short with us and others in explaining that there was nothing left to the point of being rude. As we left others, who found themselves in the same boat were remarking about the poor policy of assuring everyone there would be ample room and about the demeanor of the hostess. There were several groups of unhappy people' It is a shame. We spend time and money in Spoon's and may never do so again. We had planned an evening around dinner and really had a bad experience. Marketing experts say that when you do sosmething good 4 people hear of it and when you don't 17 hear of it. I am sure that your restaurant will be talked about by those who were so badly treated.    [27 Aug 2005 22:41:15]
