Coffee That Is Sublime Flying Goat Coffee in Healdsburg, California roasts estate, organic, fair-trade and shade-grown coffees. The cafes (there is another one at 10 Fourth Street in Railroad Square, Santa Rosa) serve expertly prepared espresso drinks that are the BEST I've ever had! As a San Francisco native, I would be hard-pressed to find coffee like this anywhere in the "Big City." The cafe atmosphere is great: magazines, artwork, an amazing variety of music playing and happy locals socializing in their local gem.
Flying Goat Coffee also bakes delicious scones, muffins, pastries and cookies. They sell their coffee via mail order. Call 1-800-675-3599. Try a pound of their award-winning MRS. GARLAND'S BLEND, or their Fair Trade, organic Nicaraguan Segovia [17 Sep 2000 00:38:47]

Best Coffee in the World? I agree with the critic above, Flying Goat Coffee is sublime. I have travelled all over the world and I have never experienced coffee like this. I have never tasted espresso so sweet! Someone needs to do a story on this place. I order a pound a week via email. I would suffer without it. [03 Sep 2001 19:55:00]

Damn good I live in and am a high schooler in Healdsburg, and after trying all the different types of coffee I've come to the conclusion that the Flying Goat has the best. I can't even drink low quality coffee (why?), and barely like anything else (although for home brewed, Trader Joe's Italian roast is great), but Starbuck's, Wolf Coffee? Hah, barely palatable. Very nice atmosphere, great place to read, or hang out. I preffer the Healdsburg Goat to the Santa Rosa one, more atmosphere, and more to my taste. [01 Nov 2001 03:10:06]

Wow! I had Flying Goat Coffee at the four star Farm House Inn while staying in Sonoma County and was astounded by the taste. The next day I drove up to Healdsburg to check this place out for myself. It's a coffee lover's dream! I've been ordering mail order Flying Goat Coffee ever since and wouldn't drink anything else. [27 Jan 2004 19:20:28]
