Pick-up spot for the Blue Hairs
For years the Nest has reigned as "the" spot in the desert to find a little evening companionship for the over 60 crowd. It only makes sense then that it is a great people-watching place. But it also enjoys a well-deserved reputation as one of the last "hangouts" for the Hollywood set. Old Hollywood, to be sure, and often the behind the camera crowd, but they were there and they are here. Visit on any Saturday night in season and you can be assured of being entertained by one of the headliners from the Big Band era or perhaps a bit later, such as Les Brown's mob.
