Rude service
I work for a company in the area of this restaurant. We order pizza quite often for the employees and once Papa Johns got our order wrong and decided to give us some coupons for our next order as goodwill.
The coupon didn't have an expiration date and shortly afterwards, we decided to use it. A rude employee would not honor the coupon and when we asked why he said it had expired. We asked him to show us where on the coupon it said the expiration date. He couldn't find it but said he wasn't going to take it. We made it clear that this wasn't the first time we had a problem and that this coupon was given to us because of that.
Later, a senior employee in our office called Papa John's and asked for the manager, we were given the same employee who was now all of a sudden claiming he was indeed the manager. He was again rude. We called Papa John's corporation and asked for the manager's name, it was inconsistent with the name we were given. We filed a formal complaint with corporate and unfortunately, have never been contacted again. If you like to rude service and want to be belittled by a restaurant staff -- then you should visit this place.    [23 Jun 2004 19:46:05]
