Yum Yum Yum!
I was on my way to a local area football game, and was on the lookout for something different than the standard burger, Mexican or pizza cuisine. I happened upon Daphne's and WOW - was I impressed! First, let me say the place was impeccably clean and the staff really friendly. With some help from the staff, I settled on a kabob plate, with gyro meat, rice, salad, pita and the cucumber sauce. Literally, within 5-6 minutes (just enough time to get my drink) a server brought over my food.

The chicken kabob was AMAZING - perfectly cooked with just enough spice. The gyro, thinly sliced, fit perfect between the fluffy pieces of pita.

All in all, inexpensive - the portions are HUGE - and the place was super clean and the staff OUTSTANDING. Given a choice between a Baja Fresh or Daphne's, I will always choose Daphne's from here on out!    [11 Sep 2006 16:59:18]
