We shop daily to obtain the fresh local ingredients from Chino Farms in Rancho Santa Fe, The Good Faith Organic in Jamul, and from other local farms. Our unique fish selection is flown in daily from Hawaii, the East Coast, and France. We smoke our own salmon to turning out fresh pastries and house-made ice creams each day. Preparations that change on a daily basis and reflect the freshest ingredients that we can find.
