Best Chinese Food in Contra Costa
Other restaurants in the area don't capture the flavor that Lily's House achieves in Lafayette. The name has changed but the food is still amazing. I have eaten there for the last 25 years. I have tried several more expensive restaurants and have been disappointed with the flavor or texture of most of the dishes compared to my favorite. I have given away gift certificates that I received as gifts to other Chinese restaurants that I had tried before and found disappointing. I'd rather pay for Lily's House; besides, it is not pricey like some places.    [11 Feb 2008 15:41:04]
