very bad service
I had the worst experience at Miraku in Lafayette. The waitress was extremely rude and discriminatory. I left without eating my food.    [26 Dec 2002 16:32:43]

Great Food Except Edamame
I eat at Miraku, Lafayette every couple of months. The food has been great with the exception of the edamame appetizer. The beans are a dull, olive-colored green and soggy. I'm used a brighter green color with a firmer bite.

Great sushi, poor service
The sushi is always very good, but the service is terrible. Even poor service on take-out orders (the wait is unbearable). Nevertheless, we put up with it because the food is good. The shiro maguro is some of the finest anywhere.    [31 Dec 2003 17:52:09]
